1) thermostat housing has two outlets, where do these go?

1 goes to the bottom turbo water pipe, the second i dont think is needed as mine only has one so just blank it off.

2) where does the turbo oil feed come from?

comes from the inlet side of the block, on the end of the temp sender block thingy!!

5) cooling system again, using th sierra radiator i could do with a diagram of where hoses should go on the engine so i can pipe mine up, i have the expansion bottle from a cosworth?

Is the expansion bottle u got a 2wd or 4wd one?! not got pics but will try and sort something unless someone gets it up before i can!

6) the plugs on the engine loom are the colour of these mathced to where they should go or not?

Yes from memory they are!! just becareful as the ISCV one is similar too the injector ones and 1 can be mixed up!!
