If its only the torch, it would be a bit mental to replace the entire unit.

My old Murex had a fixed torch which eventually went tits up.

I contacted a few people, with no luck, until I got the number of a guy who repairs welders.

I got some old parts from him to convert mine to accept a Euro style torch. I had to adapt the gas line too, as mine was previously on/off via a valve in the torch. So had to install wiring and a solenoid valve so gas was now controlled electrically instead.

£40 or so and it was up and running again. It isnt rocket science to repair. Its only a welder after all.
