SP2 limits half-open connections (connections waiting for a response from a server) to just 10 to help combat worm spreading. This doesnt help file sharing programs. I have increased mine to 50 by editing the registry but theres a program that does it 4 u, i cant remember the site right now but ill post when i find it.
