Simon, i think it is discusting that you and your family have been threatened and if that is the case it is bang out of order. The ONLY way to deal with such scumbags is to phone the police and get them to trace the calls and show them your threatening pm's etc. It's pretty simple to me, i know if any of my family had been threatened, etc, then i wouldn't have hesitated. As for the "harrasment" on here, i would suggest that you don't reply to the topic and ignore all comments made.
Your not going to send the goods back to Gus, he has had a refund, your "going" to refund Stu, so this should no longer be an issue. I for one have certainley got better things to be doing on new years day
