C&B with torrents it all depends on how many seeders there are on a torrent. If you have 1 seeder and 50 leechers you will get a shitty d/l speed until alot more people join the swarm or more seeders appear. it also depends on a persons upload rate as well. I'm a member on a couple of BT forums where you can only have uploader status unless you have an upload speed of 10Mb or more so my download speeds always max out at around 480Kbs
