My contract is up for renewal now and was wondering if anyone can tell me how the 3g(what i have now) and the 3gs compare?

Also, ive heard many rumours, one even from o2 that thier may be a 4g iphone out in spring(april) anyone have any facts on this because if its true ill hold out on selling my 3g iphone untill then?
