Default Turbo Spec and inlet manifold

Hi Folks,
I've taken on a part finished project and hope you can help - I'm an RS Turbo virgin!
Do all the turbos have a turbo technics plaque on the turbo - or have I struck lucky???
Also, I'm not sure of the spec of the housing that sits on top of the inlet manifold. Sat on top in the centre are what looks like two vacuum unions. On some cars I have seen the one on the passenger side connected to a dump valve I think. What about the one on the drivers side?
And last of all, I'm running twin Girling master cylinders with brake bias control and there own dedicated resevoirs. The inlet manifold has only one outlet on the passenger side which I think normally connects to the brake servo - am I okay to blank this off? (If anyone is running a similar set up I'd be grateful for any pointers!)
Cheers,
Iain
