get someone to sit in the car and press the pedal, then you move it back with mole grips keep doin it back an forth, spray some WD40 in behind the seal..

as oranoco also sais, take the slider pins out, wire brush them, then some wet an dry to get them smooth, copper grease and put it all back together, with the piston pushed right in give the caliper a push an pull to makesure it's free..

Thanks for the replys.

This is what I have already carried out. I did the pedal pushing whilst my step-dad had the caliper tool on the piston. Then I reinstalled the pads after cleaning the sliders and where the pads sit then applied some copper grease on the pads and the sliders.
