no pay rise this year
not as much overtime
and i'm effectivly losing £3k a year becaue the contract has fucked me for overtime as part of my "required hours"

but it's still tight with needing to find around £2500 a month to cover all the bills and stuff, mainly though i don't rely on overtime to make enough to get through the month
