and tbh if its dropping that much pressure at the lower boost and the car is relatively original my money would be on a knackered actuator. Not very hard or expensive to change.

I recently had my car set up at torque of the devil and personally i was very happy. I paid £100 +VAT for an hour and a half and about 10 dyno runs, end result was 18psi turbo spooled up nearly 1000RPM earlier and the reassurance (most valuable thing) that the car was not running lean at any point.
