if doing it on a budget then
205 or 200 block, wrc head gasket, bd14in, verniers, 4x4 inlet, 3" exhaust, t34.63, greys, chip, good i/c, 044 pump.

although i would suggest a new loom with new fan loom and fuel pump rewire, new engine sensors, and a wasted spark kit would make it much nicer/smoother and seimens injectors over greys.
make sure the cooling systems up to it to, new stat and fan switch, make sure the rads clean and free flowing.
