Been going up there for the last couple of days with a portable drill and measuring pole, thickness of the ice is 4 inches in most places. Only need 1 inch to skate on it. So had me own personal rink, roughly 4 times the size of an Olympic rink. The looks from people rubber neckin' it is funny though
