as for the fous rs mk2 it has a wider track and the runningear is even wider than the st so you dont realy have a chance

my way would be make the engine and box fit get custom shafts but use a 2.3 volvo motor its cheeper and far stronger and use after market management

cheers I was hoping for this type of answer cheers. I have a mk1 1.6 focus that has been written off with a very small shunt to the rear but other than a bit of a tug to the boot its perfect and cheap. I can get a whole car as a doner and was thinking about just using the complete mk2 wiring loom to get round any problems with wireing and management.

with regard to the focus RSmk1 body panels can u still get them from ford and do u need a chassis number from an rs to get them. havn't tried yet so thought I would ask. I am going to use the mk2 ST 5 stud hubs asi already have the wheels I want to use. (they are on my Mondeo before u ask why have I got wheels b4 the project starts and they are very rare as only 24 sets now are in existance and want to keep them)
