I was considering newman cam but i think im just gonna keep with the standard one for now !! as for the followers i put the 4 inlet ones in but wernt in long enough to cause anything like the damage that has been done i think it was just shit piper followers and on closer inspection the follower journals are scored !! I made sure I checked these prior to original fitting and they were in perfect condition !! so my guess its a mixture of shit cam and followers and possibly slightly low oil pressure but saying that my oil pressure always been ok I changed the bottom end shells just as a precaution and it still had the same problems !!
