Not really, the head and standard valves are good for 200bhp n\a as standard so a port and polish would lose you a bit of driveability for no top end gain, once you have the cams in, it would take a simple change of ecu and a set of direct to head TB's with some new valve springs and rod bolts and you're knocking on 185+bhp. Which is cheaper than fitting a zetec-e then having to do the same thing anyway
Good engines these 1.6 sigmas are, very underrated and not many folk know much about them
