Like I said, if you enslave large numbers of people you can achieve a lot, you dont need to be clever to do so.
and german scientists achieved if anything less than their uk and us counterparts as far as im aware, they were nothing special they were just given access to people to experiment on, the japanese were doing that far more effectively though in terms of developing chemical weapons by testing them on chinese civilians etc, not a good thing though IMHO and not worth the moral price paid.

but despots, and extreme radicals see it as another weapon?
standing aside, if a regime can abloish these so called groups, then wouldn't that be better for the whole?
