Ade, the difference is people with kids or people without kids, and you are making the assumption that white people dont have dependants and that non whites do have. Thats not the case at all, there are literally millions of white people supported by benefits.
Make yourself homeless with a family, the situation the immigrants you are referring to are in, and you will get housed instantly just like they do, its a policy to protect children, not to protect immigrants.
Ok maybe so on the benefits side
On the housing side i konw first hand they aren't homeless, they are put into a detention centre then housed from there, a family member used to work there.
