I'd say go for the 3-door 2wd.
A friend of mine own's a 4x4 and another friend a 3-door, 4x4 has around 350hp, the 3-door around 310 (wild guessed). But on a longer distance the 4x4 isn't quicker then the 3-door.
Conclusion (maybe to quickly taken, but ok);
Buy the 3-door, saves you money since you only have I diff, 1 pear of driven axles, plus I think you have to tune a 4x4 higher to get the same result when doing it to a 2wd/3-door.
If your planning on driving lots of short sprints, then go for the 4x4, it'll have more traction the first meters.
