Yeah try towing it first. Might take a wee bit to get it going, itll not go on the first try

I know one of the transits doesnt have a hand pump permently installed, on the ford TIS when you change the diesel filter ford have a specialist tool (hand pump) they connect temp to get it going then remove it again after, tho if you fill the new filter up with diesel it starts again fine.
