Yes thats correct also but too much fuel means pointless cardio hense why people do cardio first thing in morning on empty stomach to use up left over fuel from night before.Doing heavy cardio after loading with carbs all day is pointless for fat burning as your only burning the carbs or fuel you have put in all day

Dave_YD you will notice the legs getting bigger if doing intense cardio as fat will be getting stripped but muscle will also be getting developed but more likely fat burning showing the muscles better or even the fact your new to training so will notice any development anyway
