Wasn't there a Focus Zetec 'Collection' model out around that time? Definitely around 00/01 anyway. It had round foglamps, mesh grille and a slight bit of a bodykit on it, as standard. Not sure if they were numbered though?
Yeah there was around that time, I had one
but its a 1.8 not a 1.6. A special edition, but not a limited edition.
