reliably about 220 bhp is what u get from them, theres been a couple with t3s cossy rods and pistons but they all seem to struggle to make much more than 200bhp. the money it costs to take it to 350-400bhp u would be better just putting a stage 3 YB in. or get creative and put a 13B rotary, sr20, redtop etc
