Default EFi turbo conversion

As title. Want to (eventually) convert my bog-standard EFi 1.6 N/A CVH orion to EFi Turbo.

So i've started gathering parts and hope to convert it one of the weekends....
Have got :

* Polished EFi inlet off FRST & sensor
* Fuel Rail with beige inj's & adjustable Fuel Pressure Reg
* ERST Exhaust manifold
* Knackered wobbly T3 Turbo (awaiting a rebuild)
* FRST charge-carrier
* Spare 89SM6090 EFi head (off XR3i - awaiting a bit of fettling)
* Group A dump valve (with freshly fitted diaphragm)

I'm under the impression i need :

* Chipped FRST ECU
* Exhaust system
* Boost Pipes/Hoses
* Actuator
* Intercooler
* Air filter of some description
* Headgasket kit

Want to be able to start the job and finish it tidy with no fcuk-ups in a weekend. So want everything to be right...
Questions i'd like answering:

1) Is the head off the XR3i ok to use or do i need a FRST Head?

2) Is the block/pistons on my N/A Efi fit for being turbo'd or do i need FRST block/pistons?

3) Which ECU is the one that plugs straight onto my loom, in my orion? OFAC or OFAB?

4) Have I missed anything daft on my list of stuff to get?

Any advice is much appreciated....
