I need to change from an 88' XR3i gearbox (BC) to an IB5 when i'm fitting a zetec as it has starter at the rear.

Easiest way just using a mk5/6 escort gearbox? I want the ratios to be the same or better suited to 1.8 turbo if possible. Thinking maybe diesel box or something?

I'd like to be able to fit an LSD too from an ERST.

Suggestions? Comments?
