Well i have the car back now. It turned out to be the Fuel pump control module as first thought only we didnt realise it had to be coded to the car (and neither did ford when we spoke to them for info).
Its all sorted now and goes like a train right through the rev range. People say these cars are slow for what they are but to be honest, im really impressed how it goes.

Just got to get Bluefin fitted now
