sorry guys, i have returned again, sorry i havent been posting unfortunatly life has been a bit poor for me lately , loosing both cars loosing my job, splitting up with the missus etc etc but thats all behind me nd i am back to stay, my apologies again
im sure no one here will remember me having posted only 3 preivious time, so here goes

part trained as a mechanic, currently working as a tyre fitter
i have had 3 fords in the past 3 years, a MK4 fiesta, sierra saphirre and an escort
i am very much interested in the performance side of things and am still a beginner so i will most likely have pleanty of questions but will try and keep them short and simple
