If I had bought an item that had a fault and there was a sticker saying
"WARRANTY VOID IF OPENED", I certainly would not open it.
If you yourself had supplied a part returned as faulty that had obviously been
tampered with would you give a refund ??
This is not an issue I will replace or refund.

Did i or did i not mail you almost every 3 days (Yes, i have the mails and your responses appologising and telling me you "Were waiting for parts") asking for the correct Bios chip for this unit? Did you or did you not take over 3months to send it to me?
Have i or have i not specifically asked you for the earth unit you have to fix customers cars with Secs units that dont correctly read the RPM? You told me you have a fix for it and will send it to me.
Have i or have i not now given up after over 9months of asking as hes now BROKEN the car and sold the secs monitor?

You dont seem to have responded to any of my points either, regards the chip being blank or the fact you lied about when you recieved the parts, or even more importantly to me, when my customer will get his parts back to fix his car.

Because, he, like many others before him, had to resort to THIS after being constantly lied to and pushed aside by you.
The problem that i personally have is that GUS's contract of sale is with ME not YOU. So when you let GUS down you have the knock on effect of making me look a twat again and again and again. Why cant you just accept this is not on and put some effort into telling the truth instead of making false promises you cannot possibly keep.
