My mate is a right lazy sod. Im no Mr Motivation but I make the effort to get out the house and go to gym etc. He is happy to get out of bed at the last minute, do as little work as possible during the day and then get home, eat and sit watching tv drinking and snacking. Im all up for a lazy night in with a few beers and some bad food now and then but he does it every night and no matter what you suggest or how hard you try you can never get him to leave the house
