Same basic kit as listed above but half the memory (another 2GB is only £50) and the built-in graphics is a nVidia chipset so not some cheap one.

Plugged it all together with my current setup and installed Windows7 and it was working fine straight away.

One thing to remember on your graphics card is that almost all motherboards now are PCI-E x16 spec, not the older AGP or PCI. If your old card is one of those 2, I would get rid of it anyway as the motherboards are obsolete as far as I can find.
