I only got the unit back 1 week before christmas and have the postage proof of this.
Gus has been waiting a little over 5 working days if you exclude the public holidays. This time has been caused by the it takes for the required parts to repair this product.
Id like to see that proof of postage then please Simon as i know for a fooking fact you had it back long before then, in fact, you had promised its return for 1 week before Xmas
