went down and did a little bit more on it today
had to take that front pully off, but becuase i dont have the tool ford use i just cut some 1inch bar down and used a bearing extractor.


it worked


then took the sump off, amazingly the engine didnt even drip oil. :O


then took the front engine cover/plate thing off, and the cam chain tensioner looked to have lots of life left in it so the engine cant have been that high milage
