Yes true but its still fine to use up till 6 months out of date then its time to re-new.most guys would just re-new but if i had spare gear that was couple months out of date i would use as a quick blast cycle to get it used up,maybe my scottish roots showing here

Can I ask while I remember, as I've been wanting to ask for a long time and keep forgetting. Does the gear make your heart bigger? I've heard it does because it's a muscle which puts me off big time!!
