The Consumer Credit Act is the piece of legislation that allows you to reclaim from the Card Company but that only applies to purchases of £100 - £30,000, and I don't know that the Card Company would accept responsibility in this case where the transaction is a tri-partite agreement with a Seller, Buyer, and Intermediary (PayPal).[/quote]
not exactly sure what paypal is ? i have heard they put money into your account but will take it back again if they find the card used by the buyer is stolen, they ought to refund if no goods arrive ,they fookin charge enough interest
