Well when you counter in the fact the huge debt the club is in is payable on the basis we are in the champions league, and it doesnt look like we will be next season, we still have to pay the debt, so the only other option would be to sell a player/s to fund the payments. meltdown, i dont think so, but we have serious, serious problems as far as staying a top 4 side goes. we need the champions league money to maintain top 4 status, clubs like man city dont.
