Well it should run better! When I wanted to let my injectors get cleaned the guy told me this ultrasonic cleaning process doesn't work well with Jetronic injectors. He also told me that Jetronic injectors are sort or less worn out after 65000 miles.

Best thing to do according to him was go to the Bosch dealer and get new ones. With new ones the spray pattern is ideal again and your engine should start, idle and perform better.
