Thats the second time i have heard of the blackoak ECU burning out after an incorrect spark plug change?????? your only meant to use ford plugs and you need to make sure they supply the right ones also as the ST170 has different plugs to all other models. Very strange it effects the ECU as it makes no sense??. The Blackoak is quite temperemental, i know the earlier models had to have an updated software version put on them.
