Watched the Italian Job the other night (remake) and my girlfriend wants a new mini now. I can see her thinking and even though I vowed never to go in another old mini again after a shunt, the new one I could be tempted with for her. May go and have a test drive in the next few days.
Those are the only two I would consider from that list really unless you want proper Jap coupe i.e FTO, Skyline or 200SX.

The ST170 didnt impress me at all to be honest.
The vauxhall astra sri turbo looks nice.
Dont you fancy a change from a Ford lol, why not say one of the last 200sx turbo (s14), or even a FTO?
And why does it need to be small lol.
I see what you both mean and it seems the 200sx is a popular car as it gets mentioned on here quite a bit. TBH I've never really been in a jap motor so i'm a little

about them, I dont like the Nissan 200 - too big and the FTO just dosen't do it for me + if either of these goes wrong i cant imagine them being to cheap to get repaired
On speaking to Andy RST a while ago about his ST170, he didn't seem overly impressed with it either.

if you have the cash, I think I've seen one about 350 BHP

plus you get Jap reliability

Reliability is whats pulling me in that direction.
