I'd imagine that's one of the key deciding factors for many people. If you can't get on with the touch screen (sausage fingers!), then the Blackberry's keys are probably easier.
Also, what's the battery life like on the Blackberry? It's a bit poo on the iPhone, and I need to charge it up every night.
I probably charge my Blackberry every day too, but that is under proper heavy use. The Samsung I had before it went flat in hours of heavy use.
