Insurance companies are all different some ask for convictions etc for 3 years and some for 5 years but they say "any within the last Xyears" Your best bet is to declare and be honest if they ask, cos if you have to make a claim and they find out that you didn't declare it when you should have done that would make your insurance void surely??
