Agree with JamboRST they are not noisey at all unless your clearances are wrong!
The power band is high in the RPM's and they are a very lazy cam much like a Piper 285T2, but if your not chasing power figures a little bit of cam advance will bring it down the rev range, and if you run a big turbo (stage 3, or any T3 with a .48) you'll have both
