My saff seems to run very hot, as the temp gauge sits on the 'N' of 'NORMAL' when driving along. When stood still, it very easily boils over and loses a lot of water. The fans DO cut in, just below the red on the gauge.

So far i have tried:

Done a 'Sniff' test with came up ok
New thermostat
New Fan Switch
Flushed the system through with a good cleaner
Header Tank cap
Bypassed the water cooling on the T3 Turbo (which did drop it a little)

only thing i can really think of is maybe the rad is blocked?

any ideas to try would be great
