aiming for a safe 180-200bhp.
i dont want to go into efi as i have no clue with electrics and knowing me if i had a go at it my rs would proberbly never see the road again .
but as it stands im wanting to change the following
-lifters as they are noisy
-cam belt kit as no proof came with it to show that it had been done
-water pump so i know that has been done

so i thort i might as well do a rebuild so i can see what pistons are in the 2.0 bottem end as i have been asked what it has in and again i have no clue

so with a safe 180-200bhp MFI in mind im wanting to do the following and keeping in mind im new to this so please help if i need it and put me on the right tracks

-burton cam and vernia
-c20let pistons? (been recomended to me but i want more info about this beeing true)
-uprated headgasget and bolts now i know it dont have to be welded
-and a 195 chip ?????
-recon my t3
-pace intercooler on it at the mo what will be staying
-and a good clutch
