If its packed up completely its a good time to remove a spark plug and try it on all the leads to see if your getting a spark. ST170's have a few teething problems but once you put them to bed they are good cars to own. In my 2 years of ST170 ownership i have only had to change the clutch, disks and pads. I give the car a full service every 5000miles using genuine parts and the car never skips a beat.
