indian and want you to build a house in goa why doesnt she use indian labour id imagine its alot cheaper just take as much cash as you can upfront to last far past the first stage payment

the fact are i dont work for indians or pakistanies as the always want it cheaper and 99.9% have to be chase for money even when you know they have it

i have examples to so no one thinks im a rasist work for a dr on a new build external render £2500 for the whole job finished it in a week showed up and gave us the cash and said "i'll remember how quickly you work for next time" implying that we could work less then he wanted the inside doing so it was £900 a flat to skim and £150 to cove finshed the first 2 flats in a week no cash then he wanted to pay us at the end ha no chance left the job that day got a phone call 3 months later to go back and finish so we said no problem just need the £2100 he owed and the rest of the cash daily the phone went dead lol

then looked at another job indian resturant quoted £3500 all in start in a week got there and some other guys had started charging £120 a day got a phone call 3 weeks later wanting to know if we could go put right they workmanship found out he ended up paying 3k for the plaster and £1500 to put it right

ive had another more recent one of one of my lot being bumped £500 over a patch of lawn after he warned them of the effects of driving a mini digger across it and them pushing to go ahead even though he patted it all back down when it came to paying up the guy started complaining

so now i would just charge then double and want 60% upfront lol
