Seems strange to remove all the fluids, especially water etc... as the block is likely to corrode on the inside then.

Just remember to remove the lead from the coil before startup to get the oil pumping around and AFTER oil pressure build up, then start the car.
Otherwise, it'll be fine m8.

I do this every year and I just put the car in the garage and forget about it for 7 months.
