Yes, they have English call centres when you want to take up their services, and they're all lovely and efficient as you're handing over your bank details and signing up to their contract - they even answer the phone quickly!
But once they've 'got you' you have to use the Indian call centre if you have any problems, and they're largely shit, useless, unhelpful and fucking frustrating.
