Took it to a garage in the end ..Heater matrix blocked he tried flushing it but to no avail..Said its a nightmare to do as he has to loosen the dashboard as it wont come out no room .The new one is slightly modified apparently ..This one has flat pipes the new one has round..Be a fortune I reckon as matrix is £50
