Can anyone help?

Just got a set of 7x13 superlites from midland wheels,they fit on but wheel seems tight and wheel nuts feel tight but keep turning like they are still tightning,on inspection the wheel was cutting into the end of bolt on the blank bit on end of thread,its like i need more thread for it to tighten up fully on hubs , drums.

what can i do? change studs? spacers? anyone bought a set of these wheels for a mk2?
