Was just about to but the Epoxy Mastic 121 in grey (starter pack) looks like its excatly what i've been looking for

however £25 seemed pretty resonible however went to the basket and it added £8 delivery and £4.94 vat totaling £37.89, what area can i expect to cover using this as if i'm to spend almost £40 need to know it will cover a decent area?
