I'll be honest regards bike TBs. They are trouble. Alot of the guys on yhere who have them working will testify to the work they had to put in. Problems such as throttle travel, port matching and balancing means its usually easier just to go with a Jenvey setup (especially with our prices )

As pani_k rightly said, 1800s on RS cams usuall make circa 155/160 on Jenvey setup. headwork does free it up, but ulitmately you cant beat CC's

If you are sourcing St17o manifolds, try and grab ST170 injectors, with an APR these flow more than enough for 200bhp. The standard beige injectors from a 2.0 Focus/Mondeo can run up to around 170 no problem as well. (85% DC, 4 Bar)

The faffing factor and ultimately the dissapointment you may get from lacking power means that I would not ever reccomend them. We do the jenvies at cost price, so we dont make any money on them, but as a tuner, I always shy away from DIY TB setups on account of the time it takes to get them right.

Hope that helps!

Matt
